Now Club
language school

Now Club is a bold and refreshing online language school that breaks away from traditional models of language learning. I was brought in during a key moment of reinvention, as the school transitioned fully online and redefined its identity from the ground up. My role included creative direction, branding, communication strategy, and photography.

We needed a brand that could speak to both ends of their audience: professionals from the corporate world and university students. The tone had to be serious enough to earn trust from businesses, but light, energetic, and modern enough to inspire young learners. I developed a visual and strategic approach that balanced both—grounded in clarity, personality, and purpose.

Every detail was designed to reflect Now Club’s student-first philosophy. It’s a brand that celebrates the joy of learning, and it was essential that the visual identity and tone reflected that same positivity.

Back to school!

The branding for Now Club was inspired by the feeling of being excited to learn again. Since the school had become fully online, I leaned into analog elements—textures, shapes, and details that evoke stationery, notebooks, and the smell of a brand-new pencil case. We wanted the identity to feel digital and fresh, but also familiar, tactile, and human.

The biggest challenge was creating a visual language that could speak to two very different audiences: companies and students. It needed to be clean and formal enough to feel credible to corporate clients, while still being bold, fun, and approachable for a younger, academic audience. That balance became the heart of the design system.

The final identity is minimal and flexible, with just the right amount of playfulness. It invites people in without ever feeling childish. And it’s now become a core part of how the school expresses its personality: energetic, modern, and grounded in human connection.

PHOTOGRAPHY

The photoshoot for Now Club focused on the experience of learning from home—comfortable, personal, and real. We wanted to show that online learning can still feel intimate and inspiring. The scenes were built around soft, natural light and cozy setups, capturing students in their own rhythm.

We also shot portraits of the Now Club team in action, showing their collaborative energy and the friendly, close-knit dynamic that defines the school. The visual direction was warm and relaxed, with a focus on authenticity—less posed, more lived-in.

The result was a series of images that reflect what Now Club stands for: human connection, the joy of learning, and an environment where people feel supported, seen, and motivated.
