Orders are shipped via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service). At checkout, you can choose between Registered Mail or Standard Mail (Blue).
Please note: Standard Mail does not include tracking. In the event that a package sent via Standard Mail is lost, I cannot be held responsible.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items.

Local Pickup
It’s also possible to collect your order in person in Porto, near the Marquês area.
To do this, simply select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout to avoid shipping charges.
After that, we’ll just arrange a day and time for you to pick up your order 😊

Returns are not accepted for these items. In general, they are one-of-a-kind or limited-edition pieces, and replacements are not available.
