This project grew out of a long-term collaboration with Língua de Gato, a veterinary clinic based in Porto, where between 2015 and 2022 I led production, photography, creative direction, and communication strategy. The aim was to translate the clinic’s care and professionalism into a visual language that felt warm, approachable, and emotionally honest.

Social media became the main space for this narrative, balancing informative content with humor and authenticity. Working with pets brought spontaneity to every shoot, which we embraced as part of the creative process. Over time, Língua de Gato became one of the most recognized veterinary clinics in the district and a national reference.

A meaningful layer of the project was a collaboration with an animal shelter. Alongside clients, we photographed animals in need of adoption, using visibility as a tool to help them find homes—making the work both creatively and personally rewarding.
